We harvest by hand at peak ripeness, so the fruit you receive tastes the way it should.  Much of what we grow is rare and hard to find in stores; though we do sell throughOliver's Market in Windsor. Restaurants including Michelin three star SingleThread source our fruit throughout the year.  Our CSA customers consistently tell us how delighted they are by the quality and flavor.

Alongside our orchard and vineyard, we also cultivate culinary herbs and Western medicinal herbs, tended with the same care as our fruit.
