Sustainable Agriculture

We follow sustainable, regenerative farming practices that care for the land while producing exceptional fruit. Our approach focuses on building healthy soil, supporting biodiversity, and working with natural systems so our orchards stay productive and resilient for the long term.  We farm according to organic standards and are currently in the multi-year certification process, which includes regular inspections as we work toward full organic certification.

  • Soil health first: compost, mulch, and cover crops to build living soil

  • Biodiversity: diverse plantings that support pollinators and beneficial insects

  • Integrated pest management: careful monitoring and targeted, organic-approved treatments

  • Hand-tended orchards: pruning, thinning, and harvesting done by hand

  • Rare & heirloom varieties: preserving unique fruit with exceptional flavor
